Supporting services
Everything that keeps the routine working.
Hygiene & consumable supplies
Soap, paper, liners and washroom consumables can be delivered and replenished alongside the cleaning routine, with stock levels checked on each visit so nothing runs out between deliveries.
Entrance matting & dust control
In Dubai conditions most soil enters at the door. Matting, entrance routines and door-line attention are planned deliberately, which reduces the cleaning load across the rest of the floor.
Periodic detail work
Staircase edges, skirtings, lift tracks, high-level ledges, vents and signage sit on a longer cycle so they are completed on a known date rather than only when someone notices.
One-off and additional cleaning
Deep cleans, event resets, turnaround work between tenancies and special requests can be booked as needed and are quoted separately from the recurring scope.
Secondary service
Residential Cleaning
Residential cleaning for villas and apartments is scoped individually around access, finishes and household requirements.
Scopes are agreed with the owner or their representative and cover which rooms are included, how often, and how delicate finishes such as stone, timber and joinery should be handled. Access, key handling, preferred timings and the level of service required are confirmed in advance so the routine stays discreet and consistent.
